As a teenager, I could look at a window and be inspired to design and create draperies and window treatments that framed it beautifully. Later, I established a workroom to meet the needs of clients and designers. Finally, I realized that I wanted to do much more than select fabrics and trim — I wanted to conceive the total environment and participate in the entire process. I decided to study interior design.
Today, almost 20 years later, my firm, Interior Details LLC, offers full-service interior design for residential and corporate office spaces. Interior Details serves primarily the metropolitan Atlanta area and its northern suburbs, but my projects also include Florida, South Carolina and Highlands, North Carolina.

My central principle of design is simple: I design for my clients.

The process begins by discussing in detail what you want. How do you use the room? What do you love about the room? What would you like to change? What do you want to replace? Which colors do you love? Which colors do you want to avoid? Do you have a special piece to provide color inspiration (artwork, a rug, etc.)? Are there any special needs to consider?
Your careful answers help begin the process of realizing the environment you want.

My job is to help you realize your vision, so from the beginning, you and I are a partnership. Communication is key.

Once I understand what you want to achieve, I can manage every detail down to the drawer pulls. I work with exceptional artists, craftsmen and creative subcontractors who know how to realize your vision. Together, we make customer service a fundamental detail of design.
